Risen for our Justification | When Jesus went to the Cross his death and resurrection acted as a removal of the guilt and penalty of sin for humanity. Accepted by God the Father the atoning sacrifice of Christ in the same instance declared the ungodly to be righteous through faith | Cliff McBean

John 20:29 – Jesus saith unto him, Thomas, because thou hast seen me, thou hast believed: blessed are they that have not seen, and yet have believed.

John 20:31 – But these are written, that ye might believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God; and that believing ye might have life through his name.
